High Impact Presentations

Discover your unique strengths as a communicator this year during the “High Impact Presentations” workshop from Dale Carnegie, a leading professional training and coaching provider.

Workshop topics include:

• Creating a positive first impression
• Increasing credibility
• Presenting complex information
• Communicating with greater impact

We are offering four online (2 half-days) and four in-person (1 full day) options during 2023. Both options focus on sharpening your online and in-person presentation skills. For maximum impact, each class is limited to 12 participants. So hurry and reserve your space early! Your manager must approve your attendance and the cost of attending ($850 per class – one day in-person or two days virtual) before you sign up. Looking for your 2022 1095-B tax form (Proof of Health Coverage) from Cigna? Cigna has transitioned from physically mailing forms to offering them on-demand electronically as part of the company's effort to reduce its paper footprint. To access your form, simply log on to myCigna. You may find this form under Claims > Forms Center > Tax Forms and Documents. (Note: Effective this year, the 1095-B form is also no longer required when filing taxes.)

A View from Inside: Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team partners with EDF Renewables’ leaders to help identify the right talent for current and future job vacancies. This applies to early career (e.g., interns, new graduates) through executive level roles. TA uses various sources to identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates, from social media to recruitment marketing campaigns, campus recruiting, professional association partnerships and our company’s employee referral program. The team is also responsible for conducting reference and background checks, extending job offers, and initial onboarding of new hires.
